Description
In view of genuine events that happened in 2007 named the 'Heuksapa Incident'. The story takes after a serious war that runs between a gang from Seoul that runs Garibong-dong in Guro District and the Heuksapa group from Yanbian, China; the police, leading by detective Ma Suk-Do, are brought in to endeavor to convey peace to the area.
