Description
The series revolves around Dashwood's widow and her three unmarried daughters, Elinor, Marianne and Margaret, who have little legacy. The mother and her daughters have decided to move from their big home in Sussex to a cottage in Devonshire, where a culture of finding suitable couples for girls is rife. Archaeological neighbor Sir John Middleton is trying to help with this, as Eleanor and Marian service providers were soon found.
